Brinkley’s offer a personalised service for the needs of each client. Our in-house property manager is always available to answer any of your queries or that of your tenant. We manage hundreds of properties and are able to deal with landlord’s regardless of location.

What service can I expect?

In the tenant’s eyes we are their landlord, they are provided with our contact details and the Tenancy Agreement will be care of us. We will inspect the property to ensure it is being looked after. Our in-house property manager has arrangements with a number of contractors offering preferential rates for our clients when maintenance is required. We will arrange this subject to your confirmation and provide quotes and invoices. We will also undertake to collect the rent monthly and pay it directly to your account as well as registering the deposit on your behalf.

What if there is a problem with the tenant?

Our property manager is fully conversant with all the relevant legislation and can provide up to date advice on what steps we will take to resolve a problem. Indeed a lettings manager will always be contactable to advise you throughout the tenancy if necessary.

At the end of the tenancy

We will arrange for an inventory clerk to conduct a check-out and confirm any deductions from the deposit with you before returning this to the tenant.
