It is our job to make sure we relieve some of that burden by making life as easy as possible with our comprehensive range of management services. 

Our hands-on approach is particularly appealing to landlords who live overseas or those who are fairly new to property investment. It is also a major attraction for those who simply lack the time or the inclination to manage the property themselves.

Our landlords are allocated their own dedicated Property Manager to answer any day to day queries. They can also rest assured safe in the knowledge that our management team uses only fully-insured, competitively priced and vetted suppliers and contractors.  We also have a 24-hour helpline to ensure that there is always someone on hand to deal with any problems that may arise.

To our standard letting service, our Management Service adds:

  •Two inspections per annum with a subsequent, full report.

  •Arrangements for repair and maintenance

  •24-hour emergency contact

  •Key-holding service

 •Arrangement of payments for rent and outgoings as well as check-out/check-in, inventories, gas safety certificates and EPC appointments.

The SAFE AGENT mark denotes that we protect landlord and tenant money, through Client Money Protection schemes. There are several Client Money Protection schemes (CMPs) in the sector, operated by ARLA/NAEA, the Law Society, NALS and RICS, to which agents voluntarily belong. CMP Schemes recognised by SAFE AGENT have common minimum standards requiring their firms and members to have professional indemnity insurance, defined accounting standards relating to client money and a customer complaints procedure, offering independent redress for consumers through an ombudsman scheme.
