Below is a step by step guide to renting a property.

View Properties

Viewing properties is obviously an essential part of the renting process trying to find a home that is right for you. We will endeavor to organise viewings for whenever is convenient for you.

Make an offer

Once you have selected a property that meets your needs and made an offer we will pass this on to the landlord for him to consider.

Letting agreed

Once the landlord accepts the offer we will go about obtaining the required references and preparing the relevant documents and agreements.

Tenancy Agreements

Once the terms of the tenancy agreement has been agreed and the required references received a copy of the agreements will be passed on to the landlord and the tenant to be signed.

Inventory

Before a tenancy commences an inventory will be taken recording the contents and condition of the property, a copy of which is given to both parties.

Rent & Deposit

Before a tenancy commences we will provide you with a statement detailing the initial monies owed. These amounts will vary depending on the terms of the agreement.

Completion

Once all agreements are signed and all funds are cleared you will be free to move into your new house and commence your tenancy.
