Brinkley's wasn't my first choice when I was looking to let my flat as I wanted to use an estate agent that had more of a commercial presence. As I started to notice more and more 'Let By' boards around my area with Brinkley's name on it I decided to call them. Suzy Brown took my call, was over to see the apartment the same day and filled the vacancy by the end of the week. Superb service from start to finish. I have been very happy with the service from Brinkleys over the last year or so and would certainly recommend them to others. No mean feat for a managing agent.

The low management rate is a continuing benefit to stay with Brinkleys. So far there has been a good balance between being called/contacted when necessary and just getting on with day-to-day management. The rent is always paid promptly, the few issues that have arisen have been dealt with satisfactorily and Sarah, and others I have dealt with in the past at Brinkleys have always been courteous, helpful and efficient.

It has been a great pleasure and privilege to have had Brinkleys as my estate agent since April 2008 and below is a list of my reasons:

• The level of professionalism within the company, from the receptionist to the Manager, is above excellent.
• The staff members are a friendly bunch and extremely considerate "people-person" individuals.
• The team has always been effectively quick to provide me with useful responses and help relating to any concerns or delicate issues from my part.
• I personally consider Brinkleys to be the best estate agents I have ever dealt with in my 13 years of experiencing the overall service of other estate agents.
• They are capable of turning a stressful house hunting experience into a wonderful venture filled with comfortable chats, magical "round the block" trips just to show my family schools nearby, the safest park, travel links and not to mention the nearest supermarket and even relevant Banks.
• Being a somewhat contracdictory extrovert versus reserved person, I expressed at one point my love for "lakes" and within minutes me and my family were taken by car, from the house we were viewing, to a magnificently beautiful lake in Wimbledon park. No words could ever describe our amazement at that point. I could not recall anyone doing this for us before especially coming from people whom we just met minutes ago. I was so touched and this is why I still remember this incident.
• They will try to fit you in the most convenient appointments even if these are short notice.
• They are always in constant contact with clients and landlords, trying to get paperwork signed off and viewings arranged in the best possible manner that will accommodate both the clients' and the landlords' needs and requirements.
• I have personally dealt with a lot of estate agents in the last 13 years but none of them can compare to Brinkeys in terms of level of efficiency, friendliness, professionalism, patience, willingness to help one in any delicate situation to say the least.

I would more than gladly recommend Brinkleys to my friends and/or families and to anyone else for that matter, they are exceptional because they are Brinkleys after all!!!!!

I have known Marco since April 2008 and called him up for the first time on a monday and by friday the same week I had found with his help my present beautiful home, signed contracts and moved in that same day. I am still at that same address and have renewed contract for a second year. He assured me back then that the landlord Mr Brown was a kind and professional man and indeed he was and still is.

Being someone who hardly trust anyone in life, I have to admit my wicked sin of trusting Brinkleys, more specifically Marco Baptista, entirely.

Recently, I have been considering moving to a larger home since my children are getting older now, I will definitely consider using "only" Brinkleys' services even if it means it taking a longer time for me to find the right place.

Since I realised that I was lucky to be in the hands of the "best estate agent in the UK" , in my opinion anyway, I have decided not to deal with any other estate agents. Brinkleys' kind of significantly impressive service cannot be found anywhere else.

They are the "Best" and I sincerely hope they will keep up the fantastic good and wonderful work.

Throughout my dealings with Brinkleys and in particular Suzy Brown, i found them to be straightforward and honest (which annoyingly is not the case with most other agencies). I knew Suzy wasn't just interested in her commission but in finding me a house that would meet all my needs and securing the best deal for me. As an agency they are persistent but not over-bearing. We needed to find a house at short notice and Suzy accomodated us in her diary and did everything she could to help us. I felt that she went above and beyond for me and i would definitely recommend her services and that of Brinkleys as an agency to other people. I was particularly impressed with Brinkleys lack of fees at the time, especially compared to the often extortionate amount other agencies were charging.
