Very happy with the Brinkleys team in general. I received fast turnarounds from their sales force, which had my property occupied in a satisfactory time, and their management team sorted out everything necessary for the new tenants and myself very quickly and smoothly. While Brinkleys may not have the bells and whistles that someone like Foxton\'s may have, Brinkleys service is on par with them and their fees are 50% less. No brainer.

Viewed the property through Tony who was excellent as a letting agent, took his time with us and knew the answers to most of my tricky questions about the estate and where he didnt know he said so and didnt make something up which was refreshing. I would recommend Brinkley\'s for any prospective tenant. Tony e\'Silva kept me informed of properties that were suitable for us as soon as he got anything. We got to look at one that came on the market almost straight away, and in the end we got a fantastic deal pushed through really quickly with little hassle. I found him down to earth and approachable. It was the bit after the deal was agreed with the landlord I was really impressed with. There was an issue with one of my references with a previous landlord who was based abroad. I found it really hard to get his address and email as the previous estate agent I used were not particularly useful (the person I shared with before who had the paperwork was not helpful either!). Katie was fantastic, she chased up this for me when really she didn\'t have to. This saved me a lot of time and hassle which resulted in our move in date being brought forward then it could have been. I can\'t thank her enough. The rest of the admin was made simple and easy, something in the past I have found to be a pain.

I am delighted with the service we received from James at Brinkleys - excellent! As the executors of a will we had to sell a flat in Roehampton - an hours drive from our home in Hampshire. From day one James could\'t have been more helpful. He quickly found a buyer and did everything he could to ensure the sale went through as easily as possible. Apart from keeping us up to date with progress and trying to get queries answered quickly he also arranged to have the flat emptied and popped in to check post etc when it had been empty for a while - saving me endless trips to London. The day before completion he checked the flat was cleared and ready and took the final meter readings. I was looking for a while for a flat to rent and during this process have encountered many estate agents. However, when Christopher replied to my enquiry about a flat it was very smooth. He organised a viewing quite late to fit in with our schedule and did not do a \'hard\' sell. When I had questions about the property he answered my email, even though it was really late, and made sure that I had all of the answers by the next day from the previous tenants, for peace of mind. During the process Amelia was also really helpful, she always returned my calls and, again, when I asked questions or wanted something seen to she made sure it happened quickly and without fuss. "Best Agency in London"
So my girlfriend and I were looking for a new property for a while and happened to stumble across Brinkley's. They were the most helpful agency we found. We dealt with the Wimbledon branch, the agent we had was Alex Duval. He was the best agent we had met, he listened to what we wanted and instead of trying to force other properties on us like some agencies he actually told us which ones were not worth viewing and even showed us round some properties in his own spare time.
The fact they don't charge agency fees makes a big difference as well. Overall I will definitely use them again if i move!
