Rents continued to rise across most parts of the country in August, although there were signs that void periods are starting to increase slightly. This is due to some properties being in less demand. Any property with a garden is becoming very popular and houses in Wimbledon and Putney are in hot demand. We have seen the biggest increase in rents being houses in prime locations. This should level off once the schools start again and see a more stable rentals market.

House and flats are still selling and we have found that the demand is still there whilst slowing down slightly.
