With the cold weather and dark nights looming upon us, we are finding activity levels within the market place steadying. Whilst some properties are achieving similar rents to 2019 most of the properties in SW19 and SW15 are taking small reductions to make sure properties are let and void periods kept to a minimum.

Whilst this is not the news most Landlords would want to hear we have to be realistic in these times and make sure we do the best by our clients.

We are constantly monitoring the market and registration levels to make sure we stay one step ahead in this tricky market.
